Rice Polak Gallery strives to retain only the essential information. We only collect your data when you purchase something from our online store or sign up for our email newsletters us through our contact forms. 

We never share your data
We will never knowingly share your data with anyone. Ever. 

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When you make a purchase, we collect your info (name, addresses, email) on this website in order to make the online sale. We do not save credit your card information. You can  request anytime that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

You are always welcome to call or email us to purchase something either on the phone or in person. 

Contact forms and cookies
If you fill out our contact form, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year. If you visit our login page (if any), we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. 

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment while placing an order, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
