Kevin and I are on the road! We left the Cape in February stopping to visit family in New Jersey and then headed to Washington DC, Asheville NC and Charleston SC. We spent an entire day at the National Museum of African American History and Culture which as you can imagine was incredible. We ate great barbecue and heard some great music in Asheville and wandered the haunting streets of Charleston.
The one constant throughout the whole trip was visiting great galleries and artist’s studios. There is an abundance of artistic talent in this country …. not to mention at Rice Polak Gallery. We are gearing up for the summer season and in coming emails we’ll be announcing our exhibition schedule and introducing you to this years new artists. In the meantime please have a look at the new work that has just arrived!
