Winter at RICE POLAK Gallery

“Do not hurry; do not rest” — a friend just shared this powerful quote with me. This phrase, attributed to Goethe, spoke to me and seems so perfect when thinking of the life and work of an artist – or actually – just life in general.

There seems to be a sweet spot between hurrying and resting, the place where you are most effective & most conscious. My personal goal for this winter is to find that sweet spot and hold on to it.

But speaking of “not resting” here are some amazing new pieces that are arriving at the gallery!

“Black & White & In Between #7” by Victor Mirabelli
“Atzi” & “Izel” by Rene Romero Schuler
“Art Critic Extoling the Virtues of the Dry Martini” by Michael Snodgrass
“Red Desert Canyon” by Willie Little

The gallery is open by appointment and of course online. Please email or give me a call at 508-237-5499 with any questions or inquiries and with our new website you can now purchase artwork directly online.
