Photography: Provincetown Artists See the World Through a New Lens

It’s hard to ignore the role of video and photography in the context of the current political situation. The camera has the power to expose the truth in ways we never could have imagined.

A photograph can inspire us, change our views, shake our ideals, educate, and move some of us to act. A photograph can be powerful enough to remind us of an event or detail, transporting us directly to the feelings, sounds, and even smells of the moment.

This week we are celebrating those artists who either work directly with a camera, those who incorporate photography into their work or whose works are inspired by photographs.
